The Role

We are currently searching for a Registered Nurses to join our acute care at home team in the Geelong and Barwon area. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience working in either a medical/surgical ward, emergency department or ICU, and be confident with working autonomously.

  • Travel will be required for the role.
  • Working alongside the major Public & Private Hospitals to support their patients with early discharge support to deliver hospital substitution programs, post-acute care, and ambulatory infusion services.
  • To join our team, you will need consolidated nursing and problem-solving skills, as well as be an excellent communicator, patient advocacy and organisational skills.
  • Full Time Permanent and Casual roles are currently available

To be part of this exciting program you must be:

  • Registered Nurse with consolidated skill set including chronic & post-operative wound care, IV infusion, venepuncture, experience and the like
  • Outstanding IV cannulation skills, PICC & PORT management
  • Current National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Current Drivers' Licence and your own reliable car fully insured, as well as your own computer/tablet, printer & phone

  • Current AHPRA Registration

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
